Delivery & Shipping

Craft Crate only ships to locations within the United States of America. Packages are generally dispatched 1-3 business days after receipt of payment. In case of unexpected delays, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.

Packages are shipped via either USPS First Class or USPS Priority with tracking.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Free Local Delivery

For select areas in Metro Detroit, we will personally deliver your order free of charge. If you live in an area that qualifies for free local delivery, you’ll see that option at checkout. Craft Crate reserves the right to change the areas qualifying for free local delivery, as well as to opt to use a third-party delivery service at no additional cost to you.
